EOHK members must meet both the International Criteria and local Hong Kong Criteria, including being the Founder, Co-founder, Owner, Major-Controlling Shareholder or Family Member of the Major Shareholder, participating in the daily active management of the business and having direct impact of the profit & loss of the business, in a company meeting dollar volume requirements for the past 2 years based on the type of company (between HK$8,000,000 - HK$40,000,000).
