Foreign students are individuals who do not live in Hong Kong; those from Mainland China, Europe, North America, for example, are foreign.

Upon admission, PolyU will help you apply for a student visa. Details on visa applications, immigration regulations, health care, cost of living and other non-academic matters of concern to non-local students will be sent to you if you are offered admission to our programs.

The academic year runs from September through mid-August. Students should arrive before the end of August.
