Submissions Guidelines

**In order to include your paper in the proceedings, you need to sign and fax us back the copyright form to: +852 27745067 , you can download the copyright here: Copyright Form.

Papers submitted for review should be sent as either a Word document or as a PDF. An original reviewer, someone who reviewed your abstract, will read your paper and recommend acceptance, adjustment, or rejection. Editorial suggestions will be made to help you polish your paper. All papers will be available in a conference proceeding CD available at the conference. Best conference papers will be selected by a committee of IASDR organization members and reviewers. These papers will be published as a book.

The deadline for camera ready paper and poster submissions is June 1, 2007*.

*Papers that received a late acceptance notice have an adjusted due date. A record of those papers has been kept. It is critical to meet the full paper due date.

The guidelines for preparing camera ready papers and posters are below:

Paper guidelines:

The accepted abstracts for IASDR07 should submit a Word document or a PDF file of the camera ready paper. The camera ready submission should be of 6000 words of maximum length. We prefer Word document format of the paper.
Guidelines for the paper formatting are available in a word format here: PAPER.DOC or in a PDF format here: PAPER.PDF. You are encouraged to use the MSWord template to prepare your camera ready submission and then convert it into a PDF file.

Poster guidelines:

For your poster presentation you need to prepare:

  • A brief description of your poster.
    The brief should be 500 words of maximum length, a Word document or a PDF file. Guidelines for the poster brief formatting are available in a word format here: POSTER.DOC or in a PDF format here: POSTER.PDF. We prefer Word document format.
  • Print a poster for a presentation on the conference. The printed poster should be:
    • 1 to 2 sheets of A0 Size, vertical,
    • the poster includes: title, authors names and affiliations,
    • title size: 70 pt,
    • body text size: 16 pt.
    Additionally:
    • you are encouraged to include more visual information,
    • please keep the text towards minimum understandable standards.
