IPD students won James Dyson Award Hong Kong 2015

Congratulations to Emily Tang, Savoy Cheung, Josh Teo and Janie Lau from the BA(Hons) in Design (Industrial & Product Design) Class of 2015 who have recently won the James Dyson Award Hong Kong 2015!

Emily Tang, the Champion of competition, was awarded for her design of Libue, the toilet for Parkinson’s patient. The project was a Tutors' Choice of the PolyU Design Annual Show held previously in June.

Four other amazing projects by Savoy Cheung, Josh Teo and Janie Lau respectively are selected as runners-up at the James Dyson Award Hong Kong 2015 to progress with Emily Tang’s Libue, to the international stage of the award to compete for a £30,000 prize. Congratulations!
