Paul W. Norman has worked over 15 years in the entertainment industry, specializing in Game Development, Visual Effects, and Design Visualization.
During that time, he’s sold and marketed the high‐end software and hardware necessary for those fields, including Flame, Smoke, 3ds Max, Maya, Digital
Fusion and Combustion, always overachieving sales targets. His clientele in the commercial market included some of the top Gaming and
Visual Effects accounts in the business. As part of his duties, he served as a consultant to the top Universities and Colleges in North America, and sat on the advisory board for USC and the Art Institutes Game Development and Visual Effects programs.
Internationally, Paul has worked with the Manitoba Government to put together an incubator program for Game Development, and, with the Shanghai Government, has hosted a training workshop with Pixar in China.
Paul is a member of the Visual Effects Society and the IGDA, and has put together strategic partnerships with IATSE, ASIFA, Siggraph, and the WIA. He has also won awards from the California State Senate and the City of Los Angeles for his work with Education.
