Design Lecture: Knowledge or Imagination? Vibram - the Italian-global Company Case Study by Massimo Randone

In this lecture, Massimo Randone will discuss how medium-size, design progressive organizations envision plans and activate internal and external cultural deposits.

The development will be shown in the Vibram SpA case on how an internationally recognized Italian and global company, in its ongoing plans to secure its innovative expertise, designed an hybrid model (linear and nonlinear: to branch linear processes and progressively re-align it, through inspirational gates), based on situated actions and incoming circumstances, which enable the organization to envision its own future.
