Opportunities in design have never been more exciting - PolyU Design is now located in the new Jockey Club Innovation Tower. The new space aims to inspire and support student learning. Academic programmes at the postgraduate level serve students by deepening their understanding of design; broadening their skill set, perspectives, network; and by stimulating their sensitivity environments around. Correspondingly, the new era of collaborative innovation empowers designers to take on multiple roles: as authors of objects, planners of interactions and systems, and also facilitators of change. At the forefront of design practice and education, our international and interdisciplinary faculty prepares students to take charge of their future learning and development in fast changing environments. At PolyU Design, students are drawn quite evenly from the overseas, Mainland China and Hong Kong. The Master of Design (MDes) Scheme offers five specialisms in flexible modes of study which cater students' professional development needs.
You are invited to the Information Session on 11 Jan 2014 (Sat) if you are intending to apply to postgraduate degree in design in the coming intake.
