Interactive Multimedia Environment
Touch has been an essential elements of human perception and communication, sometimes even act as a component of the health, growth, and healing force. In Sci-fi movies, there was often holographic interface which people can use their hand to control in the air. Although they are not yet available nowadays, latest technologies, e.g. projection mapping, V.R. displays, depth sensors, give us some very similar alternatives.
In the exhibition, students of SD5965 Interactive Multimedia Environment explore the ways to expand the interface of computers and invite audience to interact using their body or with objects.
