Food is very central to many people in Asia. Food should be: safe, nutritious, healthy, fresh, tasteful, easy-to prepare, etc. This requires innovative solutions for the growing of food (e.g. urban farming), food logistics, food preparation, food storage, etc. For the student challenge, we welcome innovative concepts that generate breakthroughs to Asian food.
