Innovative Hawker Stall

Hawker stalls have a long history in Hong Kong, featuring memorable characteristics of the local community and they are also recognised as one of the tourist attractions.  In this workshop, students will use different materials, design an innovative hawker stall which can integrate in nowadays Hong Kong.

創新排檔

香港的小販排檔歷史悠久，蘊含本地社區特色，部分排檔區更成為旅遊景點。透過本工作坊，學生將會運用不同物料，製作一間具創新意念而又能融合香港時下城市空間的排檔。
