Conference Registration Fees

Conference Registration Fee includes:

• Participation in all open sessions (i.e. parallel paper presentations) and keynote sessions
• Conference Proceedings in CD/DVD
• Refreshment Breaks
• Light Lunches
• Conference Dinner
• Welcome Party

Workshops Registration Fees
If you wish, you can register separately or together with the conference for one or more of our workshops. Please note the time of the workshops, because some of them will run in parallel.

*You can register as a student only before the 15th of July. Upon arrival at the conference you will be asked to present at the registration counter a valid student ID.

Once you fill in the registration form you will be redirected to settle the payment with the online registration system. The system accepts Visa or Master credit card only. Alternatively the payment can be settled by a Telegraphic Transfer (TT payment).

Important Notes:

i.	Registration without payment will not be accepted.
ii.	Once registered the registration can not be cancelled.
iii.	Registration acceptance will be subject to space availability and on a first come first serve basis.
iv.	Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail. All registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
v.	The information provided in this form will only be used for the purposes of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters relating to the conference, and will conform to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
vi.	The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conference programme without prior notice.
