To complete your Final Paper submission:

1. Please prepare a camera ready Final Paper in a PDF format, including the names and affiliations of the authors and submit it to the system, http://www.sd.polyu.edu.hk/de2008/ocs/index.php?conference=DE&schedConf=DE08GP&page=login before 25th of June.
   
   
2. Please download the Copyright Agreement here, print it, and fill it in and either scan it and e-mail the image to sdde2008@polyu.edu.hk or fax it back to: 852 2774 5067.

Review process for full papers:
Abstracts are limited to 500 words and a bibliography. Full papers are limited to 4000 words. Abstracts will be reviewed by two reviewers in a double blind review process. Resulting invitations to submit full papers will be accompanied by reviewer comments and suggestions. Submitted full papers will be reviewed, and acceptance of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance of the subsequent full paper. Every attempt will be made to have one of the original reviewers to review the full paper. Review comments and suggestions will be sent to the author to help polish the paper for the final submission.

Selected papers, subject to meeting the necessary editorial standards, will be invited for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Design.
